PHASE 1 

Concept of Design
Planning / Preliminary Engineering

We provide and propose a best preliminary basis of design based on the project requirements and specification for both new and upgrade construction to meet all client priorities and concerns.

PHASE 2

Detailed Design

In this phase after client approval on the proposed preliminary design and budget along with value engineering assessment we will provide the engineering drawings and documents outlined in the scope of work, sealing and stamping the engineering documents as per Authorities requirement.

PHASE 3

Tendering

We can also help with tendering phase, preparing the project proposals, and request for quotations and required relevant engineering documents.

PHASE 4

Construction

After engineering detail design phase as an important project milestone is completed, we will help with construction and build with all technical support, and responding outstanding Request For Information.
